DANDYDROP / How DandyDrop works

From the walk
to the next client.

Plan a trip, record the work and follow the lead back to the place it started.

01

Start the trip.

Start a business trip from your phone, or let a Tesla report the drive. Plaza stops are detected. Mileage is recorded for an IRS mileage log using the applicable standard rates. No tax deduction is promised.

02

Record the work.

Log a letter drop with a count, photo and location. Record yard signs with a photo and a map pin. Check each sign later: up, missing or removed. Keep door hanger work in the same field workflow.

03

Give helpers a clear job.

Choose plazas or streets, letter counts, hourly or per-letter pay and whether photos are required. Workers see only their jobs, start a shift, mark “Done here” and hand in the work. Worker screens are available in Spanish.

04

Review before you approve pay.

Check the report, photos and route. Approve pay and export payroll to CSV. You remain the employer. DandyDrop handles tracking.

05

Follow each lead to its source.

Tag a lead to its drop. After a visit, answer “Was it a client?” Compare leads per 100 letters by ZIP or plaza, then send someone again where the work pays.

06

One login. Several companies.

Manage more than one company. An owner can also work in a partner’s company. Use DandyDrop on a phone or desktop.
